Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide directly from JDHQ in the UK using Royal Mail.

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. (Because I am a sole trader, this may delayed sometimes but rarely. I send out an email about delays if I'm over sea's or at an event so please make sure your are subscribed to my mailing list)

 

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a dispatch email with tracking details (where available).

Please note that once your parcel arrives in your destination country, it is delivered by your local postal service or Royal Mail's delivery partner.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

As all orders are shipped from the UK, your country may charge import duties, customs fees, VAT, tariffs or courier handling charges before delivery.

These charges are not included in the price of your order or the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

United States

Recent changes to US import regulations mean that some orders shipped from the UK may be subject to import duties or tariffs. Any charges are determined by US Customs and Border Protection and must be paid by the recipient before delivery, where applicable.

European Union

From 1 July 2026, the European Union introduced new customs rules for parcels arriving from outside the EU. Depending on your country and the contents of your order, customs duties, VAT and other import charges may now apply, even on lower-value shipments.

Other Countries

Import duties, taxes and customs fees may also apply in other countries. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and cannot be predicted or controlled by us.

Customs Delays

While we dispatch orders quickly, customs inspections can occasionally delay delivery. Unfortunately, these delays are outside our control, and we cannot speed up the customs clearance process.

Refused Deliveries

If you choose not to pay any customs or import charges and refuse delivery, we will refund the cost of the returned items once they have been received back by us.

 

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Any return postage, customs charges or fees incurred due to refused delivery may be deducted from your refund.

Customs Declarations

I am legally required to declare the full and accurate value and contents of every international shipment.

I cannot mark orders as gifts, reduce the declared value or provide inaccurate customs documentation.

My order hasn't arrived

If your tracking hasn't updated for a while, or your parcel seems delayed, please get in touch. I'll do everything I can to help locate your order and get it to you as quickly as possible.

Can I order your magic from other places?

Yes! There are a handful of trusted partners I work with. I do not wholesale my items via Murphy's so I hand pick the companies who stock my items. Alakazam Magic have a USA warehouse and also stock my items. Please be aware of fakes. I am the only person who sells my courses. They are not available on eBay or other auction sites. Alakazam Magic also sell some of my courses. Any others are illegally selling these items. Please do not support them. If you have purchased a fake item including a download, please note, no after sales care will be available including any additional PDF's, video downloads or physical items which go with them.
